The Montpelier Wedding

Choose The Montpelier Wedding and exchange vows at the intimate contemplative Temple designed and built by James Madison in the shadow of the Blue Ridge. Then, stroll across the picturesque mansion front yard to the William duPont Gallery for a festive reception in the luxurious Grand Salon. On the way, stop for wedding photographs on the steps of the Historic Montpelier mansion.

At the duPont Gallery, enjoy cocktails in the Gallery and famous reinstalled Red Room among the treasures of a bygone era. Retire to the Grand Salon for a sit-down repast beneath the duPont's gold-leafed chandelier, and then dance in the Cafe with its magnificent view of the mountains through floor-to-ceiling windows.

It is a short walk from the Garden to the duPont Gallery where you and your guests can enjoy cocktails in the fabled Red Room and Gallery. Then dine in the beautiful Grand Salon, and dance the night away on the local bluestone floor of the Café.
